چکیده
In this work, the characterization and electro-analytical applications of antimony tin oxide (ATO)–Prussian blue (PB) screen printed electrodes (SPE) are presented. The ATO conducting particles have been used recently in development screen-printed due to their excellent spectroelectrochemical properties. PB is a transition metal hexacyanoferrate with high electrocatalytic properties towards various biologically active compounds like hydrogen peroxide, besides its outstanding electrochromic A combination ingredients into screen-printing paste provided versatile cost-effective way novel electrode materials for electrochemical sensing. ATO-PB material displayed good demonstrated by means cyclic voltammetry impedance measurements. addition, selectivity potassium ions solution zeolitic structures redox behavior. voltammetric responses recorded at ATO-PB-SPE device presence revealed linear dependence cathodic peak current potential Prussian blue/Everitt’s salt system on concentrations ranging from 0.1 10 mM. These results point out analytical both

This paper presents the printed thick film Ag|AgCl|KCl reference electrodes for electrochemical or biosensors application and their electrochemical and analytical performance. The reference electrode exhibits a stable potential against standard glass reference electrode with a potential difference of 5 mV in the deionized water. The anodic and cathodic peak current of the electrode increase wit...
متن کاملElectroanalytical Sensing of Flunitrazepam Based on Screen Printed Graphene Electrodes
We present a new electrochemical sensor for Flunitrazepam using disposable and economic Screen Printed Graphene Electrodes. It was found that the electrochemical response of this sensor was improved compared to Screen Printed Graphite Electrodes and displayed an excellent analytical performance for the detection of Flunitrazepam. Those characteristics could be attributed to the high Flunitrazep...
متن کاملElectrochemical Affinity Biosensors Based on Disposable Screen-Printed Electrodes for Detection of Food Allergens
Food allergens are proteins from nuts and tree nuts, fish, shellfish, wheat, soy, eggs or milk which trigger severe adverse reactions in the human body, involving IgE-type antibodies. Sensitive detection of allergens in a large variety of food matrices has become increasingly important considering the emergence of functional foods and new food manufacturing technologies. For example, proteins s...
متن کاملElectrochemical Characterization of Graphene and MWCNT Screen-Printed Electrodes Modified with AuNPs for Laccase Biosensor Development
The aim of this work is to show how the integration of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) into multi-wall-carbon-nanotubes (MWCNTs) based screen-printed electrodes and into graphene-based screen-printed electrodes (GPHs) could represent a potential way to further enhance the electrochemical properties of those electrodes based on nanoparticles. Laccase from Trametes versicolor (TvL) was immobilized ove...
